Remote and outsourced work brings a risk that is awkward to name: is the person you hired the person doing the work? ReReal provides assurance that a remote worker is a real, verified human - present when they say they are - without surveilling what they do.
How it works
- The worker registers once: chip-verified identity document, a live face check, and a passkey bound to their device.
- They clock in and out, and respond to occasional check-ins - confirmed by passkey and a quick selfie.
- You see hours, check-ins and device signals. You do not see screens, keystrokes or activity tracking - because we don't collect them.
Why Raytio
ReReal doesn't track systems usage or collect volumes of behavioural data. It verifies who, not what.
No sensitive information - such as the passport number - is shared with the employer. Verification stays with Raytio's encrypted profile.
