  • Personal Information: Raytio Limited ("Raytio" or "We") stores your personal information when you use our service. Because of this, we take on the legal responsibilities that come with storing this information.

  • Security: All personal information stored on your Raytio profile is encrypted client side. Only you and those you share your data with have access to the keys to decrypt the information.

General Terms

Raytio provides a digital identity and data sharing platform ("Platform") to enable Raytio's customers ("Customers") to gather information securely as part of the Customer's due diligence, hiring, sales, marketing and/or onboarding processes (Service).

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") apply to the use, collection and disclosure of information relating to you that is captured in Raytio's Platform in connection with the Service ("Personal Information").

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Policy. We will notify you if The Policy is updated. Your use of the Platform after the Policy has been updated will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.

By using the Platform you consent to Raytio collecting, using and disclosing your Personal Information as described in these Terms.

Collection of Personal Information

With your consent, we collect personal information from you. This may include:

  1. name, gender and date of birth;
  2. contact information including physical address, email and phone details;
  3. driver licence, passport, birth, and citizenship details;
  4. biometric information including images, video, voice and fingerprint;
  5. entity information including company, trust, partnership details such as directors, shareholders;
  6. employment information including employment history, income and references;
  7. rating, feedback and recommendation information that you have provided or received about services and products you have used or provided;
  8. third party service usage, billing and purchase information;
  9. contract information including loan, credit, insurance, utility, telco, and media amongst others;
  10. health and wellness information;
  11. financial information including financial transactions, income, expense, asset and liability details;
  12. social media information including profile information and history, posts and the social graph associated with the profile
  13. computer/device information including usage information and the network that you use to access our services including location if you choose to share that with us; and
  14. interactions with us.

Providing any of this information is optional. If you choose not to enter personal information, we'll be unable to provide the Service.

Using Personal Information

We collect your personal information in order to:

  1. store that information securely on your behalf;
  2. verify your information with authoritative sources; and
  3. (with your permission) allow you to share that verified information with third parties so they can provide services to you. For example the third party may need to confirm your identity when performing customer due diligence and complying with laws such as anti-money laundering regulations.

With your permission, we share this information with:

  1. relevant third parties (such as government agencies), in order to validate your personal information such as name, date of birth, driver licence, passport, citizenship and address; and
  2. specific third parties that you nominate to share the information with as part of their due dilgence and identification processes.

With your permission, we may also share anonymised information with third parties for the purposes of evaluating, comparing and providing pricing on various services. No personally identifying information will ever be provided without your consent and no third party to whom anonymous information has been provided will be able to contact you directly without your consent.

Storage of Personal Information

We keep your information safe by storing the personal information that you provide to us in an encrypted format using keys that only you have access to. Our staff do not have access to your personally identifiable information. Third parties do not have access to your personally identifiable information unless you share your information with them.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amounts of data that are commonly used as an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the Website and are stored on your device's hard drive.

Our App does not collect or store cookies.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
